This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. Its location near Ebbsfleet station was perfect for my journey home and made it very convenient. The hotel is also close to main transport routes and a few takeaways, which is a plus. The staff provided excellent service and were very friendly. The rooms were basic but had all the necessary amenities, including heating and a comfortable bed. The breakfast provided was also satisfactory, with a variety of options to choose from.

The bed was comfortable & the staff there were helpful. Great nearby places include The Woodlands, we usually had drinks there. We had double beds and we all slept well.

There is no lift in the hotel, which may pose difficulties for those with physical handicaps.

Enjoyed my new year stay at a hotel located in a convenient area with well-priced meals at a neighbouring restaurant. The breakfast was good and the bed was very comfortable.

The heat in the rooms was unbearable. Despite having a fan in the room and the outside temperature being 20 degrees, the room was a stuffy 26 degrees, making it extremely difficult to get a good night's sleep.
